    Game rules:
  • This is a CTF, a capture the flag cybersecurity competition coinciding with Cybersecurity Awareness Month. Use hacking skills to solve challenges and discover flags. These flags can be entered into the scoreboard to earn points. Try to earn more points than the other teams.
  • The competition begins on 10/16/2026 and concludes on 10/26/2026
  • Physical electronic badges will be distributed prior to the CTF beginning. These can be picked up in several of the physical offices, details will be posted on the Security CTF social channel and on the Cybersecurity Awareness website. The badge challenges cannot be done without a physical badge so ensure at least one team member has obtained one.
  • Top scores (and prizes) will only go to participants who do the physical badge ("hardware") challenges. Participants who do not obtain a badge can still try out the non-badge challenges for fun and learning.
  • This CTF is open to all skill levels, veterans and rookies, and everyone is encouraged to participate.
  • Register as an individual or team using the "Register" link in the menu above.
  • Challenges should be done outside the corporate network. Tools required by some of the challenges are not corporate approved.
  • Avoid getting a yellow card by not scanning/attacking the main scoring server at fifohack.world (this server).
  • Don't modify systems/flags/etc. with the intent to prevent others from solving challenges. You do not want to get a red card! If done in error, please notify the support team.
  • When scores are equal, speaed prevails. Completion time breaks the tie, a faster time secures a higher rank.
  • Be ready to do some research and learn some new cybersecurity concepts and technologies.
  • The administrators may add hints as the CTF progresses. If you're stuck on a challenge, be sure to revisit the description to see if any new hints have been added.
